20 years building data systems people actually use

I started in healthcare data at Maccabi — one of Israel's largest health organisations — where I built medical record systems and led DWH migrations from scratch. That foundation in high-stakes, regulated data shaped how I think about quality, governance, and reliability.

Over the past 12 years I've worked at the leading edge of gaming and mobile marketing analytics — at Playtika, Huuuge, Papaya Gaming, and Bidalgo — always in seats where you have to deliver working systems, not just slide decks.

I've built five data organisations from zero, and I hold a patent in social-proximity data exchange technology.
